Lemon Baked Fish (with tons of creamy sauce)

I've tried this once and its amazing. With white rice and pasta!
Making this again for my husband to see if he'll love it.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven at 200 degree (you don't wanna wait starring at the oven waiting it to be hot once the fish is sorted now do you?)

Now for the sauce, the one that makes you wanna go for seconds, or third.
In a bowl, add these item in.
1. Cooking cream
2. Butter (its fine if its right from the fridge)
3. Lemon juice (without the pits)
4. Dijon mustard
5. Crushed garlic
6. Chilli flakes (if you like more heat, add heaps of it)
7. Salt & pepper to taste
8. Lemon zest (just a bit for a tang)Mix all the ingredients and pop it in the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds till the butter is melted.

Prep & baked the fish:
1. Place the fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sprinkle the shallots all over the fish.
3. Pour the melted sauce on top of the fish
4. Put it in the preheated oven at 260 degree for 15 minutes

Once it out, sprinkle the parsley and done!
Can serve it with white rice or pasta!
