Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil,mix them well and gradually add water.knead a soft dough.cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep aside for 25-30 minutes.

For preparing the filling, chopped all veggies heat 2tsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds when they splutter add sliced onion and saute 2 minute on high heat then add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes.

Now add all powder spices,saute 1minute. Add all veggies cook on high flame for 2 minutes then add paneer.mix well cook for a minute.

Add tomato ketchup and vinegar Toss them and cook for 1 minutes then switch off the flame. Keep aside to cool it.

Take the dough make equal size balls from it. Take one ball and cover the remaining. Roll it on rolling board like a normal chapati.

Heat a griddle or pan bake the roti both sides by applying little oil make all rotis cover them and keep aside.

Take one roti spread 1 tsp green chutney and tomato ketchup evenly. Then take 2tbsp filling on one side.

Add some onion sliced and roll it tightly from on side.make rolls likewise from all rotis

Spread some tomatoe ketchup and mayonnaise and served.
