Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
  5. 1/2 cupcurd or chhena water for kneading dough
  6. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  7. 1 cupboiled noodles
  8. 1medium size onion chopped
  9. 6-8garlic grated
  10. 1 tspgrated ginger
  11. 2 tspsoya sauce
  12. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  15. 4 tbspoil
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1 tspgaram masala
  18. 1 tsponion powder
  19. 1 tspgarlic powder
  20. 2 tspfrankie masala or maggie masala
  21. as neededMozzarella cheese
  22. as neededCheese slices

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough.Now boil the chow till half cook.

    Cut the veggies given.Take all ingredients ready to make.Fry the ginger,garlic,chilli and onions till light brown.

    Now one by one add all veggies and roast well.Add all spices and mix nicely.

    Now add noodles or chow.And mix it again.

    After mixing well add frankie masala,coriander leaves snd both sauce.Mix well and cook for 5 minute more.Now let it cool.

    Make a small and thin chapati or roll.Roast with butter.Fill the stuffings and cheese slices.

    Mozzarella cheese,sauce,coriander leaves.And roll it nicely and cover the half roll with tissue paper or aluminui foil.

    Garnish with tomato sauce and eat the yummy roll in lockdown period and it's healthy too.
