Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1cup
  • 1 tablespoonrice powder
  • Water to make the batter
  • 2medium-sized onions Chopped fine
  • 2green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup dosa batter (optional)
  • 1 tspred chillies powder (optional)
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the besan,salt,chopped green chillies,chopped onions and coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    Add water to make a not so thick or a runny batter. (Just as you do for any pakore)

  3. 3

    Heat oil.Pinch off small portions of batter into hot oil.Flip them over in between. FRY till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Transfer on to a strainer with tissue paper to remove excess oil

    They make a perfect road side snack with kadak chaya !!!!
