Curd sago (Dahi Sabudana)

Saute sago well in a pan then wash and soak it for 2 hours.

Chop green chillies and coriander. Beat the curd.After roasting peanuts, take out their peels and put them in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely.

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chilies to it.Now add ground peanuts, salt, sugar, curd, coriander and tadka to the soaked sago and mix well.

Serve by adding pomegranate seeds and coriander over curd sago.
