I like the combination of cheese and ponzu sauce, and when I tried it with leek, it was really tasty.

It's nice when the cheese has just melted. Add basil or other herbs if you like. You can also add ponzu sauce before you put it in the oven. For 1-2 servings. Recipe by miyuki12

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Japanese leek
  2. 3drops Olive oil or seasme oil
  3. 1 bunchEasy melting cheese
  4. 1Ponzu
  5. 1Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the leek into your desired sizes, add oil, mix, place in a heatproof container, then wrap and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W.

    Scatter cheese on top and bake in an oven. Sprinkle ponzu sauce and black pepper and enjoy.

    Here I chopped the leek into large diagonal slices.
