  • 1 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspSalt to taste or
  • 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspAnar Dana
  • 1 tbspKasuri methi
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 3 tbspCrushed cumin seeds
  • 3 tbspCrushed coriander seeds

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients. Store it in a jar

    Only add besan, onion, fresh coriander leaves and green chilli.

    Ratio:
    1 cup besan : 3 tbsp of pakora mix
