My Mommy's Napolitan-Style Yakisoba Noodles

I was involved in sports when I was in middle school, (which was like 20-odd years ago...) and was hungry all the time. So I used to eat tons of easy recipes like this one made by my mom. Even now that I'm an adult, I seem to have the same big appetite...why?!
You can freeze this, so divide it into small portions and use in bentos! For 2 servings. Recipe by Nekorin222

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice the onion 2 mm thick.
- 2
Cut up the bacon into 1 cm pieces.
- 3
Cut the fish sausage in half lengthwise and slice on the diagonal into 2mm wide slices.
- 4
Cut the bell peppers into half and slice 2 mm thick.
- 5
Heat some oil in a frying pan (you can omit the oil if you're using a non-stick pan) and stir fry the bacon until it's spitting.
- 6
Add the onion and stir-fry until wilted. Add the bell pepper; when that has wilted, add the fish sausage.
- 7
Add the yakisoba noodles and stir-fry. When the noodles are done, add the seasoning that comes with the noodles, then add the ketchup.
- 8
Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
- 9
To use in bentos, divide into small portions and wrap each portion in plastic wrap, followed by aluminum foil. Freeze. These portions will keep for about 2 weeks. Take the foil off before defrosting in the microwave.

I tried this when an English guy made this in Africa, and it tasted just salty instant yakisoba noodles! I'm impressed at the globalization of instant ramen noodles.Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce can also be called "English soy sauce"? My friend taught me a version of this yakisoba noodle dish, but her version was just flavored with Weipa soup stock paste, so I adapted it after a lot of thought. I prefer my version which is rich rather than salty! We make this with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, but please adjust it to your taste. If you're just using 1 pack of yakisoba noodles, halve the ingredients! The sauce will be thickened a bit by the flour on the noodles, but I think that adds to the flavor. Use whatever vegetables you like such as carrots, cabbage or Chinese cabbage. For 2 servings.
