Stuffed Shimla Mirch or Stuffed Capsicum 😋
Steps

Wash and dry the the Capsicum

Give the cuts vertical line and horizontal line on each Capsicum to fill the stuff

Now take a Mixing bowl add Besan flour, all the spices, Coriander leaves plus oil and mix them well

Now take the Capsicum and fill the stuffing and steam them in the steamer for about 10mins till they are cooked.

Now take a pan add 2tsp oil and mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and then add pinch of Asafoetida and stir fry the Stuffed Capsicum for 2-3 minutes add the extra stuff over them lastly garnish some coriander leaves and serve them hot with your meals as Side dish 😋
