Sweet and Sour Pork Wraps with Japanese Leeks

Because I had a lot of Japanese leek, I made pork wraps with them.
Be careful because it's likely to burn after adding the sauce!

Combine all ★ condiments for the sauce. Chop the leek into about 10cm pieces.

Wrap the leek diagonally with pork.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Align the wraps with the rolled edges facing down. Roll them around and cook until brown.

Pour in the sauce. Cook as you mix the meat with the sauce. Slice into bite-sizes and serve.
