Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, lemon juice, crushed garlic, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil.

Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, turning and massaging them to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about an hour.

After this time, drain the chicken breasts from the marinade and cook them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes, turning them occasionally. Gradually add the strained marinade, adding a little hot water if necessary.

Serve the chicken breasts immediately on a serving platter, drizzling them with the cooking juices.
