I wanted to come up with an unsweetened refreshing cocktail.Green Japanese pepper (ao sansho) is currently a huge trend in Europe. NHK picked this up in one of their programmes and ever since then it's been getting a lot of attention!Since then I've also been going a bit crazy with sprinklng lots of different things into my drinks.Feel free to change the proportion of wine to carbonated water. You might think that I'm crazy by putting Japanese pepper in a cocktail but try it for yourself. It's just so fizzy and refreshing. This spice is different to the brown pepper often used in Chinese cooking so please be careful. Recipe by kamesbar cookpad.japan -

Peruvian Pisco Sour Peruvian Pisco Sour
Pisco Sour is an alcoholic drink that has been part to the Peruvian cuisine for centuries. It's name is related to the Pisco region (Southwest of Peru), and the cocktail term sour comes from the sour citrus tones and sweetener elements that this drink has. Pisco is grape brandy produced all along the coast of the Andean region. The white eggs provide texture and a light foam that is certain to charm the most sophisticated taste. Pisco sour Pisco sour
I worked at a wine and spirits distributor for awhile and amassed a pretty impressive collection of fine spirits. But we don't really drink much, especially the hard stuff. So 3 years later, we finally got to the Pisco. And of course, the pisco sour. Delicious! Ryan Goodwin -

There was a time when I went through trial and error, wanting to make a crispy yet beautiful rose-shaped cookie This is the recipe I came up with.Hearing my niece say "I want to make this on my own," I submitted this recipe in a way that's easy to understand. When you mix the margarine and powdered sugar with an electric hand mixer, the sugar will spatter if you start at high speed. When shaping the dough into a rose-shaped cookie, I make it go about a round and a half.Baking time may differ depending on the oven and how thick the piped dough is. My parents made this limoncello recipe a few years back. It was so good I decided to make some for New Years Eve. I made two batches. One using regular lemons and one using Meyer lemons. This recipe yields 2 quarts of limoncello. King-Crimson -

Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions
Summer and blueberries yum. Here are 2 different versions. One non alcohol I learned thru an online cooking class and one alcohol version I found on the internet. I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden. Katatonickat
