OKRA with POPPY SEEDS or Posto Bhindi
Steps

Firstly soak posto dana & mustard seeds in hot water for 2 hrs. Strain it, transfer it to a mixer jar, add green chilli & water, grind it to a fine paste. Keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add some oil, heat it. Fry bhindi until light brown. Keep aside.

Now add rest of the oil in the same utensil, heat it. Add dry red chilli & kalonji seeds, let it splutter.

In goes aloo, stir fry it until light brown.

Add tomato now, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Now add poppy paste, mix it well. Add sugar, salt & haldi powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Cook it covered on low flame until aloo is almost cooked.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add fried bhindi, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Do not overcook it. Let the crunch of bhindi be there.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl.
Can be served along with Rice...
