Preheat oven to 400*F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Cook ground chicken with bacon grease, cook until no longer pink. 4-5 minutes

Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese, add Italian seasoning. Shape into 5 balls. I weighed it in 4 oz serving sizes. Place on prepped pan. Press into a rectangle.

Place in oven for 5 minutes to pre bake.

Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce evenly over top. Add toppings of choice.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.

To freeze: place cooked pizza in an airtight container and store in freezer up to 2 months.
