Ingredients

  • 200 cccoconut milk
  • 100 ccwater
  • 100 ccmilk
  • 150ｇ～ jack fruit
  • 20 gsugar
  • 10 gagar-agar
  • 1 teaspoonoligosaccharide per cup (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the jackfruit into small pieces and put them in 6 pudding cups.

  2. 2

    Put all the remaining ingredients except oligosaccharide in a pot and mix well.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Put ③ into the cup of ① and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
    When eating, put 1 teaspoon of oligosaccharide on top and eat.
