It's a low budget meal and it's very tasty as well.
Steps

Roughly blend your garlic, ginger, pepper and tomatoes.
Incase you don't have a blender, mortar can be used.
Pound your pepper, garlic,ginger and onions roughly.
Slice or grate your tomatoes and set all aside.

Slice your plantain thinly and set aside.

Place your pot on fire or gas or stove or electric cooker.
Pour in enough water and put your spaghetti inside. Do not break it, keep them straight. Allow it to boil for 10mins then drain and set aside in a bowl.

In your frypan or sauce pan
Pour in ½ cup of your cooking oil and put some fresh onions in it. - 5
Once the oil is heated pour in your diced plantain and fry till it's brown not black o.

In that same oil pour in your pepper and tomatoes mix.
Fry for 5mins
Add your seasoning cubes, salt, thyme, tumeric and curry powder.
If not enough you can top up your seasoning cubes and salt.
Taste please
Allow to incorporate for some mins then add your parboiled spaghetti.

Add a little amount of water and taste to confirm if it's really good.
Then if it's good kindly cook on low heat.

Allow to boil for 5mins.
Turn off the heat.
Serve.
