Soak anjeer in hot water for 1 hour. Now cook them in the same water till they turn soft.

Remove them from water & cool them. Do not throw away the water. Keep it for later use. You will notice that Anjeer has swelled up & become soft.

Cut the soft anjeer into pieces. Now take the pieces in a mixer add 1-2 tbsp of anjeer water that has been kept aside & grind them to fine paste. Remove the paste.

Boil milk till little thick. Add sugar & give it 1 more boil. Switch off the gas. Add anjeer paste & mix well. You can blend it too when it gets little cooler.

Pour in glasses & serve hot.Garnish anjeer milk with almond flakes & whole anjeer.
