Steps

Strain millet & dal separately, keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker, add oil or ghee, heat it. Moderate the flame, add hing & zeera, let it splutter.

Increase the flame, add onion, stir fry it for a minute. In goes green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.

Add in matar & paneer, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add millet & dal, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

Add in salt & haldi powder, mix it well, stir-fry it for a minute. In goes gram masala powder, stir-fry it for a minute.

Now add 6 cup water (adjustable), mix it well. Boil it until a lil thick.

Place the lid, give 3 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, add lil ghee, garnish it with a dhania sprig.
