This is our family's standard kabocha squash salad recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4Kabocha squash
  2. 4 sliceHam
  3. 1/4Onion
  4. 10 gramsCorn kernels
  5. 1 canCanned tuna
  6. 4 tbspMayonnaise
  7. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the kabocha squash up into 2 cm wide pieces, and microwave for 3 minutes. Slice the onion and put into a bowl of water. Slice the ham into 1 cm wide pieces.

    Mash the kabocha squash up lightly, mix with all the other ingredients, and it's done.
