1 tall glass

1medium pear
1/2 cupyoghurt
1 tbsp honey
4mint leaves

Wash & chop pear. Add pear, mint leaves & honey in a mixer jar & blend.

Add yogurt &now blend again to smooth mixture.At this time use hand whisk & not the electric one or else Lassi will become very thin.

Pour in a glass & serve garnished with mint leaves.
