Coconut burfi (independence day special)
Steps

Grate one coconut. Heat oil in a pan and add 4-5 cardamom.

Add the grated coconut, just stir once and add sugar.

Mix the sugar and add food colour. Saute until coconut gets cooked.

After coconut gets cooked and sugar is absorbed. Add desicated coconut on a plate and over the coconut mixture and spread it. As it gets cooled cut it into pieces.

Tasty coconut burfi is ready.
