Wash proso millet 3-4 times in water. Soak in fresh water for 6 -8 hours. Wash urad dal & tapioca 2-3 times.Than soak them separately in fresh water along with fenugreek seeds,for 3 hours.

After the soaking period is over, grind proso millet with little water. Remove in a bowl.

Grind urad dal, tapioca & fenugreek seeds together with water to make a smooth paste. Remove this mixture in proso millet bowl.Mix everything together & cover & rest for 8 hours or overnight to ferment.

Season a dosa pan.Add salt in the batter & mix. Grease it with oil & wipe it clean. Pour a ladleful batter on the hot tawa. And move the ladle in circular motion to get a perfectly round dosa.

Put clarified butter on it.Cook the dosa for 2 minutes & flip. Cook the other side too till golden & crisp. Cut the dosa from one side & fold it gently like a cone.

Serve the cone shaped dosa with sambhar & chutney immediately. Make rest of the dosas the same way.

Cone dosa is ready to be relished.
