Take the all roll ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well.

Knead the soft dough if necessary add the 1 teaspoon water

Make the roll from dough and put in the steamer. Steaming till 15 minutes.

Cooldown and cut the rolls. Heat the oil on medium flame. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. When mustard seeds are cracked add the curry leaves, chilli pieces, sesame seeds.Stirring them and add the Bottle Gourd rolls.Saute it till 1 minute.

A tasty, healthy
* BOTTLE GOURD ROLL* are ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
