  • Cebolletas
  • Jengibres
  • Aceite
  • Agua
  • 1 cucharasal o más

  1. 1

    Limpiar el pescado.

  2. 2

    Cortar cebolletas, quitar la piel los jengibres y ponerlas en el pescado.

  3. 3

    Poner 1 cuchara de sal si es pequeño o más de 1 si es grande.

  4. 4

    Poner aceite al pescado.

  5. 5

    Poner agua en la olla y luego pescado apoyado con altura.

  6. 6

    Calentarlo a 7 durante 10 minutos.
