Ingredients

2 servings

1 cupHomemade malai/ heavy cream (chilled)
1/2 cupMelted dark chocolate
Instant coffee powder 2 tablespoon / 4teasooons
Cold Coffee with Dark Chocolate
Cardamom pods 2 or vanilla essence 5 drops
Coorg Style Jaggery Coffee (Bella Cofee)
Sugar 4 tealespoons or as per taste
Chilled full fat milk 1 cup to top up

For the cold coffee:
First boil 2 cups of water, Add 4 teaspoons sugar, 4 teaspoons of coffee and cardamom for taste. Boil for 2 minutes and cover. Cool and chill till use.

Then take out the chilled malai or heavy cream. Whisk well or run through a blender for 30 seconds.

Add melted chocolate and whisk again till well combined and smooth. Again keep in the refrigerator.

At the time of serving, add strained coffee mixture in 2 glasses. Then mix in 2 tablespoon each of the prepared Creamer. Add ice cubes, Mix well. Add full fat milk to top up if you desire.

Whisk the remaining creamer. Pour on top of each glass. Serve chilled! Enjoy!

Tip : store the remaining creamer in a glass box and refrigerate till next use.(till 2 days.)
