Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 people
  • 250 gmscooked rice,
  • 2-3 tablespoonsoil
  • 2medium onions finely chopped
  • 2medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic chilli paste
  • Haldi, garam masala, lal masala, dhaniya powder
  • Rye, jeera, curry leaves, hing
  • Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, add rye, jeera, curry leaves, hing. Let it sputter. Add the chilli garlic ginger paste and cook.

  2. 2

    Add onions and saute till golden. Add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes have reduced the water.

  3. 3

    Add the masalas and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the cooked rice and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the sauces and vinegar and mix well. Add salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
