Pointed gourd groundnut subji
Steps

Take fresh pointed gourd, clean with plain water,wipe it, then cut into round shape and thin pieces. Roast the Groundnuts keep aside.

Add pointed gourd pieces in to a steamer, steam it in microwave wave for six minutes. You can do oil fry or steam it without oven.

Keep a pan in medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal,chana dal, groundnuts fry for few seconds,then add curry leaves and onions,fry till onion turns transparent.

Then add steamed pointed gourd pieces,given all masala powders and salt mix well.

Saute for five minutes in low flame.let all masala coat well in gourd, then add grated coconut mix well,switch off the flame,pointed gourd, groundnut subji is ready now.

Finally add finely chopped coriander leaves,give a mix, transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Superb, tasty Pointed gourd, groundnuts subji is ready to serve.
