Take a mixer jar. Add semolina, fennel seeds, green cardamom and blend it

Take a vessel.Add semolina,refined flour, khoya, two tbsp sugar,a pinch salt and mix gently with hands

Then add milk as required and prepared a smooth, lumps free batter

Rest it for ten minutes

Then take a pan. Add ghee heat it well. Then pour a laddel full batter and frying it deeply till turns crispy golden brown

Take a vok. Add one bowl sugar and one bowl water add some saffron petals for sugar syrup

After frying Malpuhe. Add them in sugar syrup and let them rest for half an hour

Then serve hot after garnishing with chopped almonds and pistachios
