Ingredients

19-20 laddoos
  1. 3 cupsWhole Wheat flour
  2. 1.5-2 cupsGhee
  3. 1 cupJaggery
  4. Crushed cardamon 1/4 teasp
  5. 1/4 cupDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    First roast almonds and cashew nuts in a little ghee. Mix them with raisins, pistachios etc. and set aside for further use.

    Roast the flour in a pan while stirring continuously on a low flame for 15-20 minutes till it becomes aromatic and light golden brown.

    Add ghee in portions and continue stirring. Cook for another 7-10 minutes. Slightly cool it down.

    Add Jaggery and dry fruits. Mix well so there should be no lumps. Grease the palm with ghee and make laddoos. Add ghee as needed.

    It's ready. Serve with breakfast or milk.
