I use bacon grease but you can use any kind of oil you want a dumped onions peppers and garlic and seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes added tomato paste and cook that for another 2 minutes headed diced tomatoes tomato sauce barbecue sauce and kidney beans and Liquid Smoke

Cook on medium low for a couple hours then enjoy
