First heat the milk.
Boil water in a tea pot, add sugar and tea powder and let it boil well. Then reduce the gas and let it boil by adding grated galangal to it. - 2
Let the tea boil well. Then add milk to it.

After adding milk, let it come to a boil and reduce the heat and let it come to a frothy boil for another 2 to 3 times. That means the tea powder and galangal taste nice. Then turn off the gas. Strain the tea with a tea strainer. Galangal tea is ready to serve.

Serve hot with biscuits, toast etc as per your choice.
