Ingredients

2ripe bananas
2eggs
1/3 cuppalm sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspoonbaking powder
80 gramsGreek yogurt
2 cupsoatmeal
1 teaspooncinnamon
1/2 cupskim milk (you can use any milk)
raisins, to taste
chocolate chips, to taste

Steps

Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add the eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, palm sugar, then add oatmeal and finally milk. Mix well.

Pour the batter into prepared cups.
Bake in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 15 minutes.

Banana oat cake is ready to be served.
