Wash the meat and mince it in a chopper or make it done from a butcher shop. Now make ready all the ingredients mentioned above in the ingredients list and let's start cooking. Firstly crush the whole spices along with whole red chilli either in a mixer grinder in 2-3 pulse or in a mortar then heat up oil in a pan or wok and add half of the crushed whole spices then add 3/4th of the sliced onions and cook it till it gets golden brown. Add salt at this point so the onions get caramelized quickly

Once onions turns golden brown then add the mince meat and saute well. Then cook till it turns white in colour then add ginger and garlic paste and mix again and cook for 5 minutes then add the crushed tomatoes along with half of the crushed whole spices and mix very well. Cook for 5-6 minutes then add the powdered spices and mix again. Crush the kasuri methi between your palms before adding to the dish. The flame is high till tis point. Once mix completely cover it and lower the flame.

Cook it till the oil oozes out then open the lid and add remaining 1/4th sliced onion and mix well cover again and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Then add chopped green chillies, ginger julienne and chopped coriander leaves and mix again. Cover it again and cook for 5 minutes and it's done. Remember the more it's cooked the better the taste will be. You can cook it in a pressure cooker also but make sure it's parch well. Now serve it hot with the choice of your bread and enjoy.
