Heat ghee on low flame fry nuts till golden color and add raisins fry few seconds and remove in a dish.

In same ghee add semolina and roast till golden color and nice aroma comes out of it.

Boil milk in another pan. Add roasted semolina and ball for five minutes on low flame, stirring continuously.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in a milk. Boil till sugar dissolves.

Add fried nuts and raisins.

Take out in a serving bowl and garnish with sliced pistachios.

Yummy dessert is ready. Serve hot or cold as desired.
