Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a non-stick pan. Add avocado oil and pink salt, then bring to a high temperature. Add minced garlic and fry till fragrant and slightly brown.
- 2
Add cabbage and capsicum. Toss and mix with the minced garlic. Cook for about 5-8 minutes till volume reduces stirring often.
- 3
Add in water and shoyu. Cover, lower the heat to a simmer and cook till desired softness.
- 4
Marinate the pork with seasonings for about 30 minutes. I also made fork marks into the pork for the marinade to penetrate through easily.
- 5
Drain off marinade. Cook in the same non-stick pan for about 2-3 minutes per side. Done!

Juicy Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger Juicy Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger
I had half an onion left over, so I tried adding it and it was delicious.Be sure to grate the onion against the grain. If you don't it'll become salty.Once you've added the flavoring give it a quick mix and turn off the heat. If you heat for too long the meat will become tough.Throw away any water that comes from grating the onion. Recipe by Madon cookpad.japan -

I wanted to eat a lot of Chinese cabbage when it was in its peak season, so I did my own variation on a dish which was very popular at the time. I think there are many other ways to eat this!!There really are no special tricks or tips. It's really easy. The soup that comes out of the cabbage and pork belly is really delicious, so add some rice at the end to turn the remaining soup into a porridge. Recipe by Kanpa-nyu!! cookpad.japan -

Layered and Steam-Cooked Cabbage and Pork with Oyster Sauce Layered and Steam-Cooked Cabbage and Pork with Oyster Sauce
There are many recipes for layered and steamed cabbage and pork, but I like the rich flavor of oyster sauce so I tried creating my own version.By freezing the cabbage, the fibers get broken down and become very soft when cooked. If you don't have the time you can skip this step though! Use this trick when you need soft cabbage leaves for cabbage rolls and so on. For 2 small servings. Recipe by Yamatomon cookpad.japan
