Leeks and Capsicum is very delicious combination to stir fry meat especially pork belly or roasted BBQ pork. This dish should be sweet and little salt.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Pork belly or roasted pork
  2. 1Leeks
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. Sauce Ingredients
  5. 1 1/2 tbspfermented bean paste
  6. 2 tbspsweet sauce
  7. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 1 tbspShaoxing wine

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch pork belly in hot water for 30 minutes and cut into slices. You can skip this step if you have ready roasted BBQ pork.

    Fry the pork belly till light brown and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir fry capsicum till aromatic and add in sauce ingredients. Add in pork belly and let the sauce coat.

    Add in leeks and stir fry for another 2 minutes and serve.
