Easy Spinach and Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

I'm always experimenting with new ways to enjoy lots of spinach which I get from my grandmother's vegetable garden.

Here's the cucumber version (Recipe ID : 2169958).

After washing the spinach, place into a plastic bag and tie the bag lightly, then steam in the microwave.
The cooking time is about 3 minutes at 500 W.
If you need to cook some more, add 10 seconds at a time. For 4 servings. Recipe by Yusase mama

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. 1 bagChikuwa
  3. 11/2-2 tablespoons ★Mayonnaise
  4. 1 tbsp★Ponzu
  5. 1/2 tsp★Sugar
  6. 1 tbsp★Ground sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach, cook in a microwave for about 3 minutes, then squeeze the extra water out. Cut into easy to eat lengths. Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise, then cut into small pieces.

    Add all the ★ marked ingredients into Step 1 mix well, then you're done.
