  • 1LG Green Bell Pepper [long cut strips]
  • 1LG Red Bell Pepper [long cut strips]
  • 1LG Yellow Bell Pepper [long cut strips]
  • 1/2LG White Onion [long cut strips]
  • 1/2LG Red Onion [long cut strips]
  • 1 CupFresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 ClovesFresh Roasted Garlic
  • 1 CupFresh Cilantro Leaves
  • DashGround Cumin [directly on pork]
  • as neededCooking Oil
  • as neededSalted Butter
  • ● For The Pork Brine
  • 1/4 CupSalt
  • 1/4 CupSugar
  • 1 tbspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbspGranulated Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbspGranulated Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbspCayenne Pepper
  • 1 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  • as neededIce Cold Water [enough to cover meat]
  • 3 CupsIce
  • ● For The Options For Frying
  • Your Favorite Red Or Green Salsa
  • SlicesAvocado
  • Pork Stuffing
  • Pork Gravy
  • Crushed Mexican Oregano
  • Ground Cumin
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Ground Crushed Thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Brine your pork chops in 4 cups ice, cold water as needed, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup salt, 1 tbsp granulated garlic, granulated onion powder, 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper, 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper and 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin for 8 to 10 hours. Shake her up every now and then. Refrigerate.

    Season your pork chops and fry on high for 4 minutes on each side until crispy.

    Chop all of your vegetables lengthwise.

    Fry your vegetables in same pan until translucent in butter and oil as needed with cumin and black pepper.

    Serve over a bed of pork stuffing or mashed potatoes and gravy.

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
