  1. Crêpe batter (see attached recipe)
  2. Smoked salmon, as desired
  3. 2 containers(about 1 cup/250 grams) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Dill
  7. Shredded Swiss cheese
  8. Parmesan cheese

    Make your crêpes.

    Prepare the yogurt cheese filling. Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill together. Once the crêpe is cooked, flip it over again. Spread the yogurt mixture over the crêpe. Add pieces of smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper.

    Fold the crêpe and let it cook for a few more minutes.

    Serve with a fresh salad.
