Pick out stones

Add salt to 2cups of water,mix well,pour in tigernut,scrub well in between palms,for 20secs

Now,drain,rinse sieve too

Pour remaining water into a bowl,add tigernut,stir to rinse off
- 5
Drain finally,pour fresh water into it to cover it to refrigerate overnight as seen below

Drain &stay healthy as you munch
