Steps

Cut the veggies,onion,tomato, garlic, chilli and fresh coriander.
In a nonstick pan add ghee, mustard and cumin seeds,along with asafoetida and Curry leaves.
Let them splutter.
Now add chillies,garlic and onion.
Saute till translucent,then add the veggies and water.
Cover the pan and let the veggies Cook and water evaporates. - 2
When the veggies get dried,add salt and chilli powder,mix it.
Now add Broken wheat and water,mix them and cover with the lid.cook on very slow flame.
In-between check if wheat is cooked. It became dry. - 3
Now add lemon juice,fresh coriander and tomato,
Mix well.
Switch off the flame and let it simmer for at least 5-7 minutes. - 4
Mixed vegetable Broken Wheat Upma is ready to serve.
Transafar in Serving Dish.
Garnish with coriander and enjoy yummy, healthy and delicious Upma..
