Ingredients

  • 2 lbsground beef
  • 2 cupsonions, diced
  • 2 canspinto beans (15 Oz ea)
  • 1 canmexican-style stewed tomatoes (24 oz)
  • 1 cantomatoes, diced (14 oz)
  • 1 candiced green chilis (8 oz)
  • 1 cupblack olives, drained and sliced (or green)
  • 2 TBSPtaco seasoning dry mix
  • 2 TBSPranch dressing dry mix
  • Toppings: avocado, green onions, jalapenos

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain the excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions to a crock pot.

  2. 2

    Add the beans, tomatoes, green chile's, olives, taco seasoning, ranch mix.

  3. 3

    Cook 6 hours on low.

  4. 4

    Garnish with healthy toppings.
