In a karahi, roast puffed rice on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, transfer puffed rice to a different vessel.

In the same karahi heat ghee, add in the jaggery and cook until completely melted, stirring constantly.
- 3
Lower the flame add puffed rice and mix well, switch the flame off. Form equal sized balls and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
