  1. 1kl small potato red or white
  2. Dressing:
  3. 1/4 cupolive oil
  4. 3 tbsplemon
  5. 2 tbspDijon mustard
  6. parsley 2tbsp chopped
  7. mint 1tbsp chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Washed the potatoes and boiled until cook for 15 to 20 minutes and bring to could. In the separate bowl add all dressing and mix well and pot the slice potatoes and served.
