Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 6scallops (sashimi-grade)
  2. as neededWatercress (or your choice of greens),
  3. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoonwhole grain mustard
  5. 1/4 teaspoonhoney
  6. 1 pinchsugar
  7. 1/2 teaspoonolive oil
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste
  9. Black pepper, to taste
