Whenever I make shumai, I always have leftover wrappers. So, I wrapped some cheese in them, and it turned into an addictive snack that tastes like cheesy potatoes. Place the sliced cheese on a cutting board lengthwise and cut it in half. Use 1/2 slice of cheese per dumpling wrapper.

Place a dumpling wrapper on the cutting board as shown in the picture, put the cheese on top, roll the wrapper, and seal it with water.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, cook the rolls until they are lightly browned on both sides, and finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Serve on a plate, and it's ready to enjoy.
