Basic grilled pork steak that can be adapted to eat with any sauce.

Prepare 200 grams of pork tenderloin, cut into 3 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides, then coat with olive oil. Set aside. (You can add more spices like oregano, sage, thyme, marjoram)

Prepare the three-color vegetables. Cook by boiling or steaming, then sauté with butter for 1 minute. Set aside.

Make mashed potatoes. Peel and cut into four pieces, then boil until fully cooked. Mash finely, add butter and a pinch of salt. Set aside. (Adding finely chopped parsley will add a nice color to the mashed potatoes)

Prepare to grill the pork tenderloin. Heat a grill pan until hot. A regular flat pan can also be used. Lightly oil the pan and grill the pork for 3 minutes on each side until nicely marked. Set aside and prepare to plate. (When grilling any steak, do not press the meat against the pan as it will release moisture and fat, making the grilled meat dry and tough)

Arrange the plate nicely by placing the mashed potatoes in the center, followed by the grilled pork steak and the three-color vegetables (green, yellow, orange). Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve with any sauce you like (suitable with black pepper gravy, mushroom and bacon gravy, mild pepper brown sauce, or BBQ sauce).
