Beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar, milk, and oil first.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the previous mixture.

Divide the mixture in half. Leave one half plain and add cocoa to the other half.

Grease the pan and dust with flour.

The secret is in the pouring: use a ladle to pour a scoop of the white mixture, then a scoop of the brown mixture, and continue until the mixture is finished.

Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C).

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
