The recipe my friend gave me. Always turned out to be successful and delicious. Light and sweet, perfect for dessert.

Ingredients

8-10 portions
  1. Pie Crust:
  2. 300 grflour
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 2.5 grbaking powder
  5. 50 grsugar
  6. 175 grbutter
  7. Filing:
  8. 250 grCanned pineapple (or more if you like)
  9. 1egg
  10. 200 mlsour cream
  11. 100 grsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheated oven to 175C deg

    For the crust, mix together flour and room temperature butte, salt and sugar until well combined. Roll the dough and put it on the pie pan.

    For the filing, mix together all ingredients and cook it until it thicken and boils. Don't forget to keep stirring while cooking it.

    Pour the filing to the pie dough and bake for 30 minutes.
