Time-Saving Cucumber, Wakame Seaweed and Shirasu Vinegar Toss

Since I have little time but want to serve up enough variety at the table, I tend to stick to quick dishes.
Since shirasu is also good as a first food for babies, I can kill two birds with one stone!!

Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice the cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and mix. Once they become wilted, squeeze out the moisture.

Rehydrate the wakame seaweed. Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Combine the ※ ingredients, then toss with the wakame seaweed, cucumbers, and shirasu.
